Certified Public Accountant

A Florida CPA since 1986, bringing four decades of tax strategy to the planning side of every KDH relationship.

A Foundation in Tax, A Career Built in One Community

Patrick K. Ambrose has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Florida since 1986, and he has practiced from the same corner of Pinellas County for nearly the entire span. His work centers on individual, corporate, and estate and trust taxation — federal and state return preparation and review, tax research and planning, and representing clients in front of tax authorities when it comes to that. His path there was unusual: a first degree in Athletic Administration from St. John’s University, then a move to Florida and a second degree in Accounting before sitting for the CPA exam.

Your Numbers, Your Future

Patrick’s role is the one most financial plans are missing — the tax consequence, calculated before the decision rather than discovered after it.

Four Decades, One Community

Patrick has advised the same Pinellas County families long enough to have handled the tax side of second and third generations. That kind of continuity is rare, and it’s the reason a plan built with him accounts not just for this year’s return but for how the whole picture holds together over time.
